Northpointe Institute for Public Management, Inc. acquired by Constellation Software, Inc.
Northern Edge is pleased to announce the acquisition of Northpointe Institute for Public Management, Inc. by Volaris Systems, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) effective May 3, 2011. The deal team was led by Andrew Wood along with Christy Helm, Tim Nest, Frank Ix and Brett Forrest. Northern Edge represented Northpointe as their exclusive advisor. Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner PC was appointed by Northpointe Institute for Public Management, Inc. to serve as their legal counsel.
