David Ryan

With a strong quantitative background, including specialized experience in portfolio analysis and forecasting, David Ryan is an Investment Banking Analyst based in the Toronto office of Northern Edge.
He works closely with a range of important clients in their pursuit of a sale transaction. In this regard, David provides broad and important contributions to all stages of the transaction process.
His many responsibilities include preparing and reviewing sophisticated financial models, analyzing key performance metrics, preparing best-in-class marketing materials, researching and contacting prospective purchasers, and overseeing the due diligence process.
David graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
