Nabeel Ayub serves as an Investment Banking Analyst, where he supports the transaction execution team by applying his expertise in quantitative analysis and financial modeling to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Nabeel brings a disciplined attention to detail and a solid foundation in financial analysis, M&A advisory, and strategic market evaluation. His responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, building valuation models, preparing marketing materials, researching potential buyers, and assisting with due diligence and deal execution.

Before joining Northern Edge, Nabeel worked as a financial analyst in the healthcare sector, where he supported a range of operational and strategic initiatives.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a dual degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Venture Management. Nabeel is based in our Fort Worth, Texas office.
