Ritz Safety Continues Strategic Growth with Acquisition of Public Works Supply, Inc.

Ritz Safety is proud to announce the acquisition of Public Works Supply Inc. in Donald, Oregon, effective May 1, 2016.

Established in 1993, Public Works Supply, Inc. is a broad-line, value-added distributor of safety equipment and is fully certified to deliver safety training services to a diverse customer base of public and private corporations throughout the Northwest US.

Established in 1983, Ritz Safety LLC is a single source supplier of safety and personal protective equipment to the industrial, agriculture, construction, mining, manufacturing, waste, oil and gas, ship building, and various services industries. Ritz Safety’s sole mission is to provide convenient and cost-effective products and solutions to better promote the health and safety of all people, construction sites, and facilities throughout the business community.This marks the company’s second strategic acquisition in the past year, after acquiring Mobile, Alabama based Safety Source Inc. in July of 2015.

Ritz Safety’s purchase of Public Works Supply will continue to position the combined organization as a local, regional, and national supplier to the industrial, agriculture, construction, mining, manufacturing, service, waste, oil and gas, ship building, and other industries who are looking for assistance and consistency in keeping their employees safe.

The acquisition brings the total number of Ritz Safety locations to nine.
