Northern Edge, an international M&A specialist, is proud to announce the sale of Eccentric Pumps, LLC to Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) as of April 8, 2011. The transaction was led by Deal Leader Andrew Wood, Christy Helm along with Brett Forrest from Northern Edge’s NY headquarters office. Northern Edge served as the exclusive advisor to Eccentric Pumps LLC.

Eccentric Pumps provides quality industrial peristaltic hose pumps for a variety of applications, including food and beverage, slurry, bleach and chemical. The Company offers the only 100% American-made peristaltic hose pump with all parts manufactured in Pennsylvania.

Owner & CEO of Eccentric Pumps, Edward Belcak commented, “At 59-years old I’d owned three previous businesses and had been in sales, marketing and manufacturing for just under 40 years. I looked as this opportunity as my final deal. Northern Edge gave me the confidence that we could succeed in making this happen. As you know, it’s not the sales pitch, but hard work, consistency and doggedness that ultimately wins the day. My deal team of Andy Wood and his assistant Christy Helm proved to be a perfect match for me and Eccentric Pumps. Throughout the process Andy managed the “deal” and my expectations and emotions with aplomb. In the end I feel that we beat the market pricing, exceed my expectations and would unhesitatingly recommend Northern Edge to colleagues and friends.”
