Alexander “Lex” Colley is an experienced deal leader having executed more than 100 M&A and financing assignments to date, with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $4.0 billion. Lex has over 15 years of experience in public equity and debt offerings, M&A and advisory assignments, buyouts, private placements, and leveraged recaps. He has worked in the technology, media, telecom, life sciences and diversified industries sectors.

Most recently, while at Kaufman Bros., Lex cultivated C-level relationships within the Technology sector across the U.S., China and India, as well as with leading hedge funds, venture capitalists, private equity firms and specialty lenders. Lex’s original Wall Street experience includes working with the firms Alex. Brown & Sons, Salomon Smith Barney, and Gilford Securities.

Lex earned his BBA, Finance from the University of San Diego School of Business and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
