Pacific Walk-In Clinic acquired by US HealthWorks Medical Group

Fort Worth, TX (January 18, 2012) – Northern Edge is proud to announce the acquisition of Pacific Walk-In Clinic, an urgent care and occupational medicine clinic, to U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group. The transaction was led by Justin Fink, a Senior Vice President in the Forth Worth office. Northern Edge served as the exclusive advisor for Pacific Walk-In Clinic.
