Northern Edge Wins Cross-Border Deal of the Year
We are delighted to announce that the Northern Edge-advised Sale of RadMD, LLC to Medica PLC was named the winner in the Cross-Border Deal of the Year ($10 to $25 million) category at the 20th Annual M&A Advisor Awards. This is the 6th consecutive year that Northern Edge has won an award.
