Jantech Services, Inc. has been acquired by Concentric, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.

Founded in 1986, Jantech Services, Inc., (Jantech or the Company) is an independent provider of value-add critical power infrastructure solutions, specializing in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) technology. The Company sells UPS systems and battery products and offers an expansive suite of ancillary installation, test, and maintenance services. The Company integrates leading OEM products within customer operating models, and provides preventative and remedial maintenance solutions to maximize the efficacy and useful lives of UPS and battery systems.

The acquisition expands Concentric’s capabilities to serve mission critical businesses such as data centers, hospitals, financial institutions and other facilities.
