Northern Edge Advisors Wins the Deal of the Year Award in the $250 – $500 Million Category from The M&A Advisor

We are delighted to announce that The M&A Advisor, the global leader in recognizing excellence in the M&A industry, has again distinguished the superior service provided by Northern Edge Advisors (“Northern Edge”). The sale of Amran, LLC and Narayan Powertech Pvt. Ltd. (the “Amran/Narayan Group”) to Standex International Corporation (NYSE: SXI) has been awarded the M&A Deal of the Year ($250 – $500 million) at the 16th Annual International M&A Awards.
Northern Edge served as the exclusive financial advisor to the Amran/Narayan Group. This is the second major award received by Northern Edge relating to its outstanding work on the transaction, underscoring the multi-jurisdictional complexity and unique challenges involved. Bob Goldsmith, President of Northern Edge, commented: “We are thrilled that our team’s world-class expertise and perseverance in delivering a successful outcome for our clients continue to be recognized by the industry. Sophisticated transaction structuring and problem solving are a hallmark of the M&A services we provide our middle market clients. We are thrilled for the Amran/Narayan Group.”
